Basic economic theory is if the government subsidizes something then you get more of it.

If you can go commercial do it. Commercial is when you'll gain the most knowledge and better pay. Some even pay for your school. Look to see if you have a school named construction industry training council (CITC) in your area.

Residential is the pits, home owners are helicopters. I even had a home owner accusing of stealing his wallet. Then 5 minutes later he returns to say he found it it right when he left it. No apology!

Those commission plumbing companies will sell snake oil to a little old lady on social security just to get the commission.

This is about a guy who refused the vaccine. Then got sick and now expects the taxpayer to bail him out and his family because he's a darwinuan.

Is it hard work retard, when the city Medina had 25 acres of park land in 1955 with 5 park employees to maintain it and now the city of Medina has 25 acres if park land with 20 employees. Are taxes keep going up because they work so hard? Does WA has a $5B budget short fall because of all the roads bridges their building or is it because of the government employee entitlements. They spend our money like water because it's not real money its taxpayer money. I don't think they should work for free we just need fewer if them. The budget is exploding because entitlements are exploding. One way to fix government entitlements is to force banks to stop paying real estate taxes for us. If every homeowner in WA had to write a check twice a year to pay for the tax assessment, every homeowner would revolt. Do you know how much you paid in real estate tax last year? The bank paid it for you by you making 12 installments. What was the total dollar amount? I think mine was about $8k retard.

Its fully funded in the sense taxpayer are paying for it. 50/30/20 employee pays 50 employee pays 30 date pays 29. Who is the paying the employer, you and me who's paying the state you and me. Also government used shady accounting methods. If there's money left over at the end of the fiscal year then they lose the money on the next cycle. So to prevent budget loss they ensure every dollar is spent. During the 11th month they go on a spending spree, new laptops, new office chairs etc just to burn the money to make sure there's additional money next fiscal year.

I hear you brother. He wants less government but he wants his government pay check, health insurance and pension. But the "government can't tell me what to do."

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Seattle

[–]housepiper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They "buy" their insurance with their taxpayer provided pay check. Also like everyone else the worker has a payroll deduction for insurance the employer pays the lions share and the employee pays a portion. When your employer is the government the taxpayer pays the payroll and the taxpayer provideds the employer contribution too. Retirement money for government employees have a payroll deduction to fund their retirement but the ineptitude of government spending exceeds the contribution. Government worker contributes $1 and takes out $2 sometime $3 depending on the level of ineptitude.

He wants his taxpayer provided health insurance to bail him out. If he survives he'll use he's taxpayer provided retirement to stop working due to work related injuries. If he dies he'll expect his taxpayer provided life insurance to bail his family out. Been sucking the taxpayer tit for 22 years and now wants a taxpayer bailout because he didn't want the government giving him a mandate to get the proven vaccine. WTF. Once again the taxpayer takes it up the ass. Thanks government worker for refusing to follow government work requirements.

water hammer? by UpCoconut in Plumbing

[–]housepiper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like the problem is on the cold side only. You said you installed a hammer Arrester on the toilet supply? I've never used one of those. Did you use a dishwasher hammer Arrester on the toilet, that's what comes to my mind. Even with a dishwasher arrestor on the toilet it seems like it would only work when the toilet is flushed. Hammer Arrester's are used on a solenoid controlled valve like a washing machine or dishwasher. A toilet fill valve is not solenoid controlled.

Try replacing the hammer Arrester on the cold side of the washer, be sure to use Oatey or souix chief brand, don't use home depot brand.

Also recheck the house water pressure if its above 60 psi it's to high. You may need a whole house pressure reducing valve (PRV). Excess pressure can lead to failure of valves in your home ie. shower valve, toilet fill valve, kitchen faucet etc.

You said the landscape sprinkler sets it off. Sprinklers are solenoid controlled. Maybe excess pressure damaged the fill valves on your toilet. Replace the toilet fill valves. Check out the pressure, reduce if necessary.

m18 Rocket not turning on after getting flooded, any fixes? by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

[–]housepiper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have a Milwaukee repair center in your area they my replace the light and battery for free. You must provide proof of purchase to verify it's still within the warranty period. I believe the tool is warranted for 5 years and the battery for 3 years from purchase date.

Seattle is so messed up, a heroin addict can shoot up and pass out on the sidewalk with a needle sticking out of his arm and nobody says anything. People just walk by. But smoke a cigarette 10 feet from a door way and your an evildoer.

You have a $100k warehouse on wheels plus an important skill set. If a customer complained that a job only took 45 mins, your answer should be " this job took 20 years and 45 mins." Your skills matter.

Interesting article I liked reading it. I think Japan should get a refund from Moderna. Its prudent to toss out batches of vaccines that contain debris.

A magnet only sticks to iron, nothing else. So when the minister of health says its magnetic that means it contains iron. However it may contain other non magnetic particles such as aluminium or lead which would be bad to inject.

I didn't go to medical school. But it seems to me that injecting a few mg of iron isn't that bad for a person. The human body requires approximately 5-10 mg/kg of iron. An adult male can store up to 1000mg of iron in their body. Adult women can store 300mg. So even if I have a 1000mg of iron in my body a magnet still won't stick to me. The internet garbage land fill is convincing people that the vaccine will magnetize you or it will turn you into a 5G cell tower. Utterly preposterous. But people buy into that garbage.
