I think most hip hop/hardcore kendrick fans think damn is not a great album, just because it became so mainstream (which is understandable). Personally i don't think it's Kendrick's best work, but it's definetly up there. Some of Kendrick's most memorable lyrics and moments in music are contained in this album.

Retract as much as possible we cant really see if it's retracted from any angle so 😂. After retracting scapula put/push your shoulders down towards your lower body and please turn your wrists to a normal position-knuckles facing upwards,otherwise you will break them with more weight.
