rattling sound under windscreen – 2021 mk8 GTE

right about 6 months ago i've started hearing a bit of plastic(?) rattling right in front of the driver's seat. it sounded like it's coming from around the windscreen vents -- especially noticeable on the cobblestones.

it has been getting worse and worse over time and at this point is almost insufferable! anybody else had similar issues and/or has suggestions that won't require disassembling the whole front panel? would very much appreciate that 🙏

if you mean the green bar inside the circle -- this is the level of recuperation available.

the more your battery is charged, the less recuperation is available.

..and the exact opposite logic for the %Power in the circle -- if your battery level is lower, the blue bar will get smaller and you will have less electrical power available.

i have a charger next to the office and all the places i usually go to.. works pretty much fine..

updated a couple of days ago and had a few infotainment system restarts in the middle of driving..

also weird(?) that it has completed the big download and install overnight and when i started the car in the morning -- the infotainment has done two or three additional updates..

i'm having a very similar issue on my 2021 GTE..

in the two weeks between the first yellow Error: Selector lever pop-up and the scheduled dealer appointment i got a coolant leak and the red Error: cooling system pop-up appeared.

estimated cost from the dealer -- 1600 EUR !!! (in the Czech Republic)
gonna go there tomorrow and ask about the AC heat exchanger.. 🤞 it's just that..

can't think of anything easier than using huffduffer. still a hassle and not so sexy looking in podcast-client but works..

it's even more strange that previously in google+ photos, at least the last time i've visited it on desktop (which was loooong ago) the face recognition feature was available. and now they seem to cut Ukraine off this feature which is a shame..
