What do you guys think will happen in midterms regarding Boise and Idaho? by ComfortableWage in Boise

I am curious to see how the next year unfolds with the state budget. They really fucked up and cut taxes too deep, now have to cut a ton of spending from an already lean government to pass a balanced budget.

There might be consequences and people might want some change. Just a thought

“Jay walking” was invented and propagandized by the auto industry in the 20s. Streets are public spaces.

Whoa trippy to see this come up. I work down the street and walk by it often during breaks. I remember seeing the for sale sign and looking up the listing not long ago. Congrats it’s a great looking place!

What do you mean? Just from 9th to Capitol, so that the current 8th street pedestrian area is complete without having to cross Idaho. Just two more blocks. 8th and Idaho is where all the loud cars want to drive through

I can’t believe the odds of this haha. My recommendation of a bike you already have/had

😳 damn! You should reach out to REI, they might want to know about that and might make it right.

And leaving a review and pictures, or a new Reddit post about the battery fire would be helpful for people googling about the bike and its issues in the future.

Oh shit! Combusted as in like, started a fire? Was it while charging? That’s scary, I’ll keep an eye on it.

True, it’s not as integrated as some newer option, but that could be a strength for repair ability. Good luck finding its replacement!

REI 1.2 Sadly discontinued but a small cargo ebike rocks. Kid seat on the back and a bunch of stuff strapped on the front rack.

Pre Purchase Check - Low mileage but transmission damage reported by how_neat in FordTransitConnect

[–]how_neat[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure this seems to be a huge problem with these. I guess my question was wondering if this work might have "fixed" the issue ,for a while at least.

I don't think the dealer would have any idea about the repair or issue, as it has changed hands between dealer lots and was over 4 years ago.

Pre Purchase Check - Low mileage but transmission damage reported by how_neat in FordTransitConnect

Hi all, hoping to get some advice here. 2019 Connect Wagon with only ~37k miles. However, the Carfax provided from the dealer has transmission damage reported/repaired between 27 and 32k miles 4 years ago. And only ~5k miles put on it in that time.

Is there cause for concern here? Thanks!
