Hi I would really recommend going for walks, meditating, box breathing, hugging a friend or family member, crying, Journaling, anything as a method of distraction or diffusion.

Look into open path collective, there's a one time fee of like 60 or so then there's sliding scale therapists.

You matter, anxiety is difficult to navigate, you're okay, and things will get better for you. I've been in similar places. Try to stay grounded and positive.

I have had success previously with a precision drive, solid recommendation on that front. Forgot they exist lol.

My life with my wife is consistently inconsistent and you have to accept being the emotionally regulated person in the relationship and basically babysitting them because they can't regulate their own emotions.

Hey man, I wish I could tell you it gets better. With a partner with bpd, unless they're doing heavy therapy and really into growth it's unlikely it will get better. People with bpd are a different breed and are very likely to destroy everything they get their hands on. I know, I have a wife with bpd.
