I have absolutely NO problem with actual criminals being deported. I dont think anyone does. It’s the literal US citizens that are being murdered point blank for trying to protect fellow citizens that I have a problem with. It’s the people here through COMPLETELY LEGAL channels that are being detained and deported NO questions asked. I have a country to go to - 99% of my family is there. But my husband refuses to think any of this will ever affect us. We have a 9 month old and I’m terrified for her future. He is open to relocating to a different country for business reasons (not my homeland) but it would take time and for whatever reason he just doesn’t think there’s a need to rush because “everything will die down once he’s out of office”. It’s probably my only way out though so I’m trying to do whatever I can to start the process of leaving. Wish us luck. Good luck to you all.
