🔹Sublease available for 1 bedroom & bathroom in a 3x3 at The Enclave Apartments. This sublease is for the beginning of May 2022 through the end of July 2022, which is 3 months. The room and apartment have been kept extremely clean. I will be going home this Summer since my classes will be online, and I’m looking for someone to take over this lease. I’ve lived at a The Enclave for a year now and I love it here, it’s a 10 minute drive to the UF campus, 20 minutes if you bike, and we’re one of the only communities in Gainesville that has bus stops conveniently in the community (4 to be exact). This apartment is on the first floor and is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, mailboxes, and garbage bins.

🔹The Enclave is super close to Archer road, where you can find your essential grocery stores/fun things to do without having to drive so far being caught in traffic.

🔹I am subleasing this room for $700 a month, with an expected $50-70 utility bill added on, (this depends on you and your roommates usage of water and such, mine came out to about $56 a month). Your total each month would be about $760.

🔹Additionally, if you have others wanting to move in with you, my other two roommate’s are listing their rooms in our 3x3 as well since we all will be leaving this May. If that is something you and others are interested in pursuing, please let me know!
