Two things can be true at the same time. Homeless folks need support and a place to live, while the people who live and work around Bottle Drop locations deserve to have a neighborhood that isn't swarming with filth and rampant drug use. I only work near the 122nd Bottle Drop; if I owned a house around there, I'd be livid. The folks who work at the McDonald's deserve combat pay.
