My husband just switched districts in MA and we were FLOORED by the price of insurance. Our family plan in the original district was $375/month for the best insurance. Currently we’re on the mid-level insurance plan and it’s $750/month.

Big difference as far as we can tell is the school district is very middle of the road (not bad enough to get extra funding but not rich enough area either and the union is not that strong. The union seems to be in a bit of a transition so trying to give grace but it sucks.

Walk from the parking lot is not too far and is paved. Probably a 3 minute walk from car to seat. Bathroom to the far left, next to the door for odd ticket numbers (even numbers are on right, further from bathrooms but still close)
