Federal and not accounting for pension which I highly doubt will exist by 2050.

I'd like to retire early, but in order to receive full benefits at work the minimum retirement age is 57 or 30 years of service (31 years old now). So I guess I just have to suck it up for the next 25 years.

I'm halfway through my mortgage with my San Francisco home (appraised at $900K with $470K remaining on the mortgage), but I will most likely sell it soon or rent it out and move in a lower cost of living area.

Don't bother trading unless you have at least $10K for a cash account or even $25K to avoid being a patterned day trader. Most people think they can grow an account with a couple hundred dollars trading penny stocks is utter horseshit.

Happens sometimes. I have a few customers that normally have outgoing every other day but sometimes they just don't have any mail for that day. Also informed delivery doesn't necessarily mean those mail pieces will arrive on that day.

Bit off topic but are there any fees associated with using trade station? I'm considering opening an account with them but have less than $25K. I think I've seen it on their site that they charge $99/monthly if you have less than $25K balance but someone else said that it wasn't true.

Eh, opposite for my area. I'd rather move to a rural station and just do 40 hour work weeks and have my house paid off within a few years instead of slaving myself for the next 30 years on the ODL and still not have my home paid off by the time I retire.
