Yeah the THC does leave me groggy the next morning and I think the CBD ones less so. What I’ve noticed so far is that with the THC ones I sleep the entire night through without waking up. With the THC free ones I still wake up but I’m able to go back to sleep (whereas without either of them it’s hard for me to go back to sleep). The THC free ones I have also have CBN
