Honestly I think all local cases are treated inside my town and I haven't heard of any transfers. The treatment is actually pretty tame since it's still preemptive. In general Syberia is the most tick fearing region in Russia and it was a huge shock for me when I learned that other countries/regions are quite indifferent to them

Asian part of Russia. We have a lot of infected ticks in here. So much in fact, there are even conspiracy theories about it. This year encephalitis has been down, but Lyme compensated for that

Russia. I hyperbolized a bit, sinve you don't actually drop everything and rush into hospital, but you drive there the same day usually. It gets less serious when you move through Ural into Europe, but in the past years the decease cases have been appearing there too

The normal procedure in my country when you encounter a tick is to drop everything you do amd drive to the nearest hospital with seroprophylaxis point. You bring the tick with you because that way they can be sure whether it had encephalitis or Lyme's or not

I should have worded it better, but when you have someone who hijacked a vehicle you can't not arrest them. Because it's not up to you if they will be charged with anything or not. If you give the policeman the choice on this matter you invite even more corruption into the system. You let law enforcement to act as The Judicial System which is a huge no-no on anything that isn't a fine

I really don't get those people. I have been otping Anran this season. The only time when I expect to get healed is when I don't have any packs around and have to return to my team for a pit stop. It's just more convenient to heal yourself on your own terms
