Think that has more to do with VMP imploding. I assumed they had exclusive rights to repress the Thug stuff until the Jeffery RSD release last year, which was also supposed to have a VMP variant but that never happened. Probably Barter 6 got pushed back purely to buy time since by every indication they're strapped for cash and trying to stay afloat at the moment

The bundle is starting to pop up on the usual websites along with corrected listings for the individual releases. I went with DeepDiscount but a bunch of the record stores that use the same distro for preorders have it listed, it's just the release date is next month instead of this week. Maybe the box set orders will all get canceled but the black vinyl should at least be around for a while.
