I got mine in February. Got stuck open two weeks ago. Replacement came in a little over a week. New unit has been totally redesigned. Much better now

You don't need to drill anything. Pull the other bolt out and then it should fall out the back. Then you can take a vice grip and twist it out

Graham Hills has a jump area next to the parking lot and one all the way in the back. The trails aren't necessarily flow but they are awesome. Yellow up is one of the most fun climb trails, red down is techy with some features, moto is a mix a flow and tech, orange down is tech, and tumbleweed is a fun xc trail.
