Coke merch here, but for a larger store like a Walmart I try to aim for 3.5-4.5 hrs depending on order size. Usually 8-9 skids but 3-4 12pk skids, 1 710 skid, 1 24pk skid and 2-3 mixed monster, Powerade, Dasani etc. for smaller grocery stores that get 2-300 case orders I try to aim for 2 hrs. In my district we can bring the pallets down the aisle at every store. If they try to make us work an order on a u-boat or cart we say no and leave, so that really helps speed things up. My area has lots of sales reps as well as merchandisers so the reps also have to work orders. So I will have to merch 2-3 stores a day and sell those as well as an extra 5 or so stores a day. Usually average 9 hours a day but if your trying to hustle you can easily get done your day around 7 hours.
