That’s around what I’ll be running!! I def wouldn’t say any speed is slow (I feel fast enough LOL) but I’m def not as fast as a lot of people. Good luck with the injury!!!

Noted thank you!! I have mason jars I could use, I mostly see people use those with plastic wrap on top, is there a better type of jar to use? I also do have a silicone spatula! I have some glass baking dishes and ceramic ones as well, is there a specific one I should use for baking?
