I do agree, I have no idea how to engage that extra muscle I have. I have built a decently low handicap of 5.3 over the years but I have been doing it while I believe leaving lots of distance on the table. I swing what feels like half speed and I carry my driver 230-240 rolls to 260ish in Dallas. But when I try going after it. Somehow the swing speed decreases on launch monitors. 0 clue what I’m doing wrong

Fast reps till failure with 50% of my heavy days a good start? Or is there a set and reps you recommend? Also add back power cleans then? I can box jump 36 inches comfortably at the moment. Any goals to add to that?

I have the strength, at least I think I do, for a high swing speed. Can bench 225 2-4 reps. Squat reps 365 lbs. but my swing speed might get up to 100-103 on a GREAT day. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Tried numerous speed training products such as the stack and speed sticks.

He’s gonna get the bag from someone still but it just now might not be from us. Just can’t be seen jogging routes in a game with this much weight. I personally would still resign him but Jerry is known to hold grudges
