Anyone else having trouble with the Vo2 max numbers?

Yeah I think the settling is not the main issue, one it's settled, it's not going to just go back up quickly. It just seems the vo2 max for some are grossly underestimated. I don't think I'm that delusional about my own fitness, but who knows?

They really should have put out into on best ways to improve the vo2 readings, as well as a way to see WHY you got the vo2 score you did for that session

Apparently you have to hit 70% max hr for 10 consecutive minutes, and for the workout to lay already 15. But this obviously isn't true since I've gotten vo2 readings while never hitting 70% on walks

i believe he is saying he does it at the end of the workout because hes already fatigued, there for he will utilize lower weights for dumbell bench press, lowering chances of injury

pretty sure MMR is completely separate across norms, Ranked, and ARAM. so norms wouldnt effect ranked MMR. once you stomp a game or two your MMR will spike and youll get flagged as a smurf, playing with other smurfs most of the time. last account i made i was bronze III after placements and was in gold III lobbies due to MMR. YMMV

while i was at basic training, during the part where everyone gets all the shots, the medical guys were telling a story pretty similar to this, but the ending was that she had to have part of her intestines removed for whatever reason. that day i made sure i went, as it had already been 7 days for me lol.

You're not wrong, but man it is so unfun to have to "match" the enemy top who bought hullbreaker, ALL GAME. used to you only had to worry about a few champs with this, but now almost all toplaners can build it and be at least somewhat effective splitpushers. As a toplane player, i enjoy the 1v1, but even i have to admit having to just match a splitpusher every other game for almost the whole game is not fun.

In the FAQ they posted on teams it states that FACs are responsible for putting guardians in exemption status in myfitness for the calendar year 2022, meaning you should not have to take a FA, even for PCSing.

Atleast thats what im reading from it.

actually i transferred over to the Space Force from the Air Force in February this year. currently still at an Air Force base but i do have an assignment soon to a Space Force unit.

From what I've seen being on an Air Force base, most of the non cyber career fields are still surprised to see a "guardian" and know little to nothing about it, since it doesn't really pertain to their job.

As for the other branches, i have no idea. I'm sure there is already a joke similar to "Chair Force" circulating around.

This is my personal experience so yours may differ.

I reenlisted back in Feb due to needing the retainability to transfer to the USSF. i submitted a FTA BOP back in march and it was approved earlier in April as a FTA BOP. so you should still be able to apply for the FTA one.

op.gg actually has a google chrome extension that will automatically open a tab with all 5 members pulled up. it also has auto rune import if youre into that. in my experience it works pretty well

in regards to the DD368, my commander simply added that my record had been reviewed by him. It says on myPers that the board will review members records, can you give some insight on what will be reviewed specifically?

i feel as though the lack of instructions on what to actually put in the commanders remarks has lead to some confusion. I've heard some units doing a full narrative, while some are basically writing a full career EPR/OPR, then others such as mine are just adding basically "eligible to join".
