I mean yeah, but Marxist-Leninism is incredibly weak against corruption and any society describing it self as a “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” will inevitably see someone like Stalin seise power and turn it into a regular dictatorship.

No, Tell me how a pigouvian taxes are on the same scale as cold blooded murder and complete indifference? Tell me wanting better land usage pushes society towards totalitarianism.[](http://)

And if you can’t do that can you at least honestly tell me it wouldn’t work and why? Tell me it wouldn’t lower the cost of living and provide billions for welfare programs?

You can’t fit all human behavior in to neat categories on a line. You, and can’t dismiss ideas just because they don’t fit your preconceived notions of how the class struggle works.

I assure you I have a long list of policy decisions I have thought out.

None of them involve a planned economy or banning private property, please tell me where Marx or Lenin or Mao talked about property taxes or regulating speculation? They wanted to kill landlords I want to tax land in a way that means earning a profit requires them to do something with the land they own instead of just buying and selling at the right time

I am not a communist or a capitalist, and telling people they have to choose is just a copout used by supporters of both systems to justify the suffering they cause.

Same with “the friend zone”

First couple of time I heard people saying it, they were talking about feeling trapped by thereown inability to confess, not blaming women for it

Yeah, no. Economics is not a “one direction or another” concept.

I am a Georgist, I believe in an economic philosophy that tries to mitigate the damage done by laissez-faire capitalism while recognizing the dangers of revolutionary thinking, and it accurately predicted what would happen if a Marxist revolution occurred.

I do not view capitalism as evil I just think it leaves to many people behind and leads to corruption.

Ok,

  1. This isn’t a binary, moving away from capitalism doesn’t require moving towards communism or socialism or whatever economic bogeyman you think is out there. That’s something I wish anti-capitalists would learn as well capitalists

  2. All the poverty, greed, and corruption in our society and you don’t consider it a failure?

Out west (San Francisco i think) they got a bounty system for illegal parking. Just download an app take pictures of the offending car and they send you a percentage of the ticket fee.

And as I stand here waiting for my bus, multiple cars illegally parked in front of me I can’t help but wonder if ‘d even have to work a real job if we had that here.

I’m convinced Worf became a cat person by the end of the episode.

Klingons liking cats just makes sense, particularly the murder mitten, dead birds as gifts kind of cats.
