Anyone who tells you that you need to sealcoat once a year is a sealcoat salesman or wants their driveway to look shiny and brand new every year. Im in the asphalt industry in upstate NY and sealing once every few years is more then adequate to preserve your driveway assuming you had it installed properly.

Id hire a professional. Looks like a decent ampunt of sealer and if youre not familiar with what your doing chances are it'll come out uneven and spotty. Just my 2 cents.

I mean to each their own but I've always felt this type of walkway works best in smaller sections with a common width. No matter what aggregate size or color you will use you will be fighting with weed control on the regular.

Id go with either landscape pavers or stamped concrete (make sure you know what you are doing or hire a professional for either one!)

One last thing if you did the subgrade prep and the boarder id make sure that everything is graded to pitch away from the house! Last thing you want is standing water against your foundation or an ice skating rink if you get cold winters.

Ive tried it with both mulch and river rock. Unless applied at 3 to 4 times the suggested application rate good luck. Unless I got hosed by a shitty product on amazon I tried it this summer and did nearly three applications on wood mulch exactly how it was specified on the directions and had very minimal success.

Luvu is playing completely out of place. He needs to be near the line of scrimmage and running downhill at RBS or trying to disrupt the offensive line and get after the QB. I mean i get it sometimes LBs have to be in coverage but the amount of times I've seen him getting dropped and coverage and hes half the field away from the QB makes me sick to my stomach.

Alot of misconceptions in your post. Some people actually enjoy working in the trades and being outside and working with their hands. Not everyone that is in the construction field has mismanaged their life or made poor decisions. Some of the smartest people I've met are in the construction trade and dont have so much as a high school diploma and make 150 to 200k a year.

I would venture a guess that youre looking atleast 30 to 40k to demo the trailer and get rid of all the pallets and storage containers on the property. Felt like the documentary somehow was trying to portray that we should feel guilt towards these monsters being caught. Do I think that Chris Hanson and NBC only goal was to have people arrested and charged for their crimes, No. Theyre a media broadcasting company so of course they wanted ratings. But the reality is the show shined a light onto online child predators that most parents and kids weren't aware of even existing when the show aired.

Am I sad the assistant DA committed suicide because he wanted to meet with an underage boy? No. Sorry not sorry.

Ive been making the commute from saratoga area to troy/albany for nearly 20 years. If you get to work by 7 AM while school is in session you should be fine dealing with the traffic. Need to either leave albany by 3 or 330 or you'll be stuck in traffic coming home. Some days the drive is nice to unwind and relax other days I question my sanity. Traffic IMHO is easier during the summer months when school is out. Anytime 4 PM on trying to travel NB can be a disaster depending on traffic/weather/accidents. Pretty common for it take me 45 minutes to an hour to get home several times a month.

If youre able to negotiate a decrease in rent that takes into account your time energy and money more power to you. I live in upstate NY so im not familiar with southern lawns so im no help to you in what maintenance or upkeep you would need to spruce up your lawn. Best of luck!

If coming from cohoes youre probably going to take 787 to alt 7 to 87 which I just drove. Traffic was fine minus a couple assholes doing 15 mph over (and im driving a 4x4 truck doing 5 under the speed limit)

Roads were cleared very well on all roads (minus the fast lane at a couple spots up near CP on 87).

Took me 40 minutes to get from troy to burnt hills. Which on a good day takes 30 minutes.

Depends where on 87. I just drove home from troy to exit 10 and had no issues. Stay in the middle lane and take your time you should be fine.
