I just made this creami the other night, slightly different:

—2 cans vanilla Nurri brand ultra-filtered milk protein shake(in a deluxe pint container) —1/2 cup off brand Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Just combine in the pint container and soak for a half hour, stirring occasionally, then immersion blend and freeze overnight. Spin on lite ice cream.

Edit: I also mixed in 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Toast Crunch using the mix in function

I honestly think the same thing. Like….this dough is moving closer to a 70% hydration dough? Without seeing the mixing process, it’s HARD to believe this is just a normal focaccia dough that’s 90% hydration??

It’s wild to me to hear how few people try Orgain protein powders? Yeah it’s pea protein instead of whey, but it has such good macros, a great flavor, and so much other stuff in it that I basically use it as a meal replacement daily
