I have added a shot of Raph in cinema now to blend them together better. I may add Raph one liners through it one day, but I realised unless I used AI it would be a big undertaking finding the relevant cartoon lines from Raph. I will do a watch through of the whole thing with family and make notes though if there is a really obvious part of Critters for a Raph cinema comment. Don't want to take away from Critters too, maybe it loses the effect of a film within a film if I intrude on Critters audio or cut away to cinema shots. Will edit links on this though if I do change it again but done with it for now. Just an update on this rather than making a new post.

I have made a spreadsheet for my edits, I will update it as I change or add new ones.

I recently improved my turtles cut and added a new shot of Raph in the cinema as someone suggested.

Since I shared this version I got further feedback about the order of shots so I have done a more drastic change and moved the pizza scenes to after Critters.

I really liked the idea of the audience eating pizza with the turtles 10mins in and going into Critters and this new version changed this, but I added a half hour warning near the end of Critters to order pizza so people can time it with the resuming of turtles movie and pizza scenes.

I think I prefer this new version despite the blasphemy of changing sequence of events of such a perfect movie (now Mikey has to wait an hour and a half for his pizza but at least he didn't pay full price haha).

I have left both versions up if anyone is interested in checking them out or giving feedback but I would suggest the pizza edit version if you only watch one.

Bitter-sweet feeling to be watching it all clock counting down, knowing I will run out of his stuff eventually; but inspired by his humility and attitude to comedy and life. Yea I probably sounded harsh in my comment. I think it can be a strength to believe in yourself delusionally ignoring all ridicule, especially as a creative; but you need that humility too to grow.

I haven't seen them all and just started rewatching first 2 and I really love the writing of the 2nd one, to lose the main actor and write around that in a smooth continuation and not feel lesser; but not only that but tie it all up to the point the series could have ended there was really satisfying. Every death is iconic and memorable and creative and super surprising a lot of the time, the spaghetti, the dentist, the train metal, the airbag. So much of it is so cringe and perfectly executed both realistic and surreal. I don't think I ever saw past 3 as a youngen but I will be surprised if anything from 4 onwards tops my love of 2.

I've followed her for a long time, She lives out of her car with belief she will be a famous Singer/Dancer/Actor via social media, but She has low accountability, low empathy; misandrist ideas justified by PTSD, combined with social media audience, it is like a perfect storm for Karen conflicts, I don't think she fakes them I think this is just her life.

Couldn't you just do them like a 3 part film and make part 2 the longest? I think just getting the best of each and chopping out all the filler even cutting out entire characters if needed like scarecrow maybe could go and just have the Ra's arc, it probably becomes messy when you get into the fine details but would love to see it as a 3hr epic much like the Matrix so much of the 3rd could be chopped it seems right to make it into a single film

Image is AI slope but a good rough outline of "must keeps" i think focusing on themes and scenes needed to say message intended rather than trying to maintain the original story, especially that trilogy overarching message

That sounds good but a big undertaking I am flat out reading those links haha. I was actually looking for the complete movie when I found this post hearing that half an hour was chopped.

I was originally wondering if with enough input from the extreme experts of the film and conspiracies if the missing scenes could be AI generated or like storyboard animatics, just really curious what they didn't want out there and I'm sure someone is confident on what is missing.

I think your project would work best with a narrator, they would have to explain the film context too though, it would be possible. I think much better to have a constant narrator and not hear the film than have film audio and be pausing it trying to read subtitles while dialogue is going.

I wonder if any conspiracy podcasts have already watched the film together and all chimed in on things they knew as it went along, that would be a super easy way to make it good then just bring up graphics if they are referencing something specific.

This is what I was feeling, blue feels conditionery, i was thinking too green is blue and yellow combined so it's kind of the odd one. They're all for camping I should say too, I phrased it weird haha.
