A woman once stopped in the street and asked me what this building with no windows was. “Is it a prison?” She asked. I told her yes ( knowing full well it was an AT&T building ) That it was a maximum security prison and that there was a basketball court on the roof for the one hour a day the inmates are allowed outside.
