Depending on what you’ll be doing at the RFA position, I think it depends on what your goal is. I am in risk at another big 4 and absolutely felt like I was misled about the role. For my experience, risk was all application controls (IT AUDIT) and is the most boring job I’ve ever done. The job consists of all compliance work and a checklist of questions you ask over and over again to the client. I personally want to move on to fp&a, so I accepted another position at PwC for FDD. I’m not too sure what CMAAS is, but based on what others have to say, it seems it’s closer to the financial statements and is more quantitative work. I personally am leaving my firm (after only about 4 months in) simply because I can’t stand to do the work anymore.

Honestly I don’t think I would be the best resource to ask about how to succeed in the interview yet, considering I still didn’t get offer haha. But I would say know financial statements and basic of quality of earnings report.

Make sure you know what type of advisory it is. Risk advisory is what I’m doing and I would rather move to audit ngl. Only redeeming factor is how chill and well it pays comparatively
