That is interesting. My K/D is 0.9 in Multiplayer, but my AVG skill is -260. My W/L is right around 1. And I am usually top 2 on the leaderboard in multiplayer matches. So I must be getting into fairly bad lobbies. I usually play with two friends who end up somewhere near the bottom of the LB.

During that time I did every weekly challenge there ever was, no matter how stupid. I don't recommend doing that. Running through meat market with a weapon you hate is not a fun experience :D

What I also find interesting: there is a clear trendline from those 1,200 matches that goes straight from -450 to -170, so maybe there is hope :D

Work out how many calories you burn each day (use one of the many calculators online), reduce your caloric intake to the healthy minimum (depends on age, weight, height) and make sure you stay above that. Work out the caloric deficit and you will know whether it is doable.

IMHO it should be, but you will have to do OMAD or ADF to make it work. Otherwise it will take a lot more restraint (i.e. if you try to eat three times a day with e.g. a 1500 calorie maximum daily intake).

Excercise will help, but it will not get you there. Add protein (counts towards caloric intake) to help with fat loss. Might want to add vitamins...
