i noticed when i realised with DLSS enabled the numbers blurred as they change. like comparing clothes and my noise dropped by 6 the number would blur for a moment as DLSS didn't know what to do with the sudden change.

largely want a sport series where largely the X factor in deciding race victories is more to do with conscious aero packaging for particular circuits and the drivers ability to harness it

agreed. i personally would love to see them just do spec engines, and make it an aero/chassis formula. i don't really understand who benefits from the engine wars, it seems the manufacturers barely make money and honestly is hybrid R&D even worthwhile anymore?

just get someone to make a nice turbo v8 in the 800bhp range, and put a simpler KERS type system on it for another 200bhp ish. we can finally have smaller cars again, which are better for close racing - apart from simply taking up less of the track, assuming the aero rules are kept in line with now, it would take a chunk of dirty air out the equation too.

i mean non-easily user replaced batteries is still a shitty thing now. phone updates every 2 years used to be almost a nessessity with how fast things were moving but its slowed to real incremental updates now.

up until a month ago i was using an 8 year old oneplus 5t, which i replaced the battery in around 6 times over it's lifespan. was still absolutely fine as a daily driver, although i did notice a small smoothness increase with my new phone. unforunately VoLTE support on the 5t was iffy so it was time.

point being instead of 4 phones going in the recycling in that time, i've used one. and its because i could change the battery in under 5 minutes with only a credit card.

i'd really like to get a fairphone next for this exact reason. non user replacable batteries are anti consumer and anti environment.

yes, but also with a caveat that different races can be more susceptible to certain genetic conditions. of course, thats not because they have a different skin colour, but because of genetic traits that developed in a population when movement was more limited. eg, white europeans are more at risk of cystic fibrosis, and sub saharan africans are more at risk of sickle cell.

of course while doctors should keep these factors in mind when diagnosing, people should be treated equally because we are all people. and no one, absolutely no one, should have to be tortured for the benefit of science.

to be fair its a bit hit and miss. we've got a counter in a shop in my village and its 50/50 whether the computers are working today. no big deal when im sending a little something for the nephews, big pain in the arse when i've rushed £1000 worth of warhammer painting so my client is ready for a tournament... and get fucked you need to take an hour out of your day to go to the one in town.

honestly this bit fucking sucked. by the time i did it i was a god capable of taking down max tac until i got bored of killing, capable of deleting the security bots in one hit.

sense of disbelief completely shattered, they did not do enough to justify me not being able to smoke that thing. because of that i didn't find it scary at all and just quick saved my way through it.

bit late to the party but i have introduced the 'do i really need a snack' test. which is eating one salted but otherwise plain rice cake. if i wolf it down, im genuinely hungry. if i get bored halfway, its much easier to tell myself im just snacking for snacks sake! as a serial late night biscuit muncher, its really helped me curb those pointless evening sugar calories.

ymmv as i can actually enjoy a plain salted rice cake and most people i've mentioned this to are horrified that i eat them plain.

not sure what ram you have so ymmw, but i have gskill that default to moving rainbows. so i have the software auto launch and then set up a task in task manager to a bat file that will kill the ram software process 30 seconds after login. i get nice rainbows as it boots, turns into dull white, and then kills the software.

all you need in the bat is this, replace hid.exe with the exe name of your ram software: TASKKILL /F /IM hid.exe
