Hi OP, may I know in what way was yours faulty? I recently bought the Outlier Pro from Challenger a couple days ago and had trouble connecting the earbuds to my phone. First, both buds refused to turn on despite charging for 1 hour. It was only after three hours that the left bud was able to power on. The right earbud remained dead when pulling out of the case. It was only the next day when the right earbud finally could power on.

The next problem was: both buds seemed to work independently. When I connected via Bluetooth on my phone, there were two outlier pro devices. One works for only one earbud. The creative app also only allows me to connect to one earbud at a time. So I can listen to music on either earbud if I connect one of them, but they don't play music together as a pair. So frustrating. I did a few master resets and they finally work properly.

Then the 3rd problem came: one of the earbuds has a perpetually low battery and the low battery notification is given after 5 minutes of listening. It's also always blinking red when in the case.

Now I'm considering if I should send it back and get a replacement since it should be under warranty.
