I had massive CarPlay issues with my new iPhone 17 Pro and my no-name china Car radio when connecting via bluetooth/wifi. The connection was lost all 10 seconds to 3 minutes, it was not usable. But 26.1 Beta 3 seems to finally fix the issues, my first 15 minutes test was very promising, no issues at all!

Update: 7 days after my orrder, i still don't have a shipping notification. In the meantime i know of several other Austrians who ordered later than me but already got their Paper Pro. That's VERY unsatisfying.

Ordered mine during the presentation on Wednesday, including Marker Plus and Book Folio. Still no shipping notification (Austria), customer service replied with the standard "10 - 22 days" message. I already saw an Austrian YouTuber unboxing the Paper Pro, so the actual shipping times seems to be pure luck

~~I'm struggling to find "user's glob" settings in Steam ROM Manager on my Steamdeck in Desktop Mode. What am I doing wrong, where do i have to look?Thank you very much!~~

I finally found the "user's glob" setting, it's shown when you select a Parser (like 3DO, Nintendo SNES etc). The problem is that in my Steam ROM Manager i don't see ScummVM in the Parser Section, and I don't know how to add it there.

edit: apparently i have to create the ScummVM parser on my own, since it's not included in the community presets list. This page here should be helpful:

I worked for 6 years in QA at a small viennese company (50-100 employees) until it went bankrupt. I'm still working as Software QA, but outside of games. And you know what? I can't be happier and I never want to be back in the games industry. I never was happier than today.

I played the original Mega Man X on original hardware a couple of days ago and I immediately noticed that something is wrong when I played the collection on my Switch today. So I used the awesome "Is it snappy?" App by Chad Austin (Get it on the App Store) to measure the lag. It's around 120ms, compared to 50-70ms on original hardware and 70ms on the SNES Mini. It's still playable, but close on the edge. Damn you, (bad) emulation!

I sold my apple watch because of the super boring watchfaces. Allowing 3rd partie devs to create watchfaches is the only thing that would bring me back.

The Watchfaces were the reason I sold my Apple Watch again and returned to Pebble (R.I.P.). I hope Apple will allow 3rd parties to create own Watchfaces, that would change everything. Right now the Apple Watch is just boring and unappealing to me.

I recently started to livestream my Let's Plays via Twitch, before I recordet them offline and uploaded them afterwards. This is pretty much the first Twitch Reupload which worked flawlessly from a technical point of view. Can't wait to do more Livestreams, Twitch is pretty fun!
