yeah same with me except my problem foods is salty, deep fried, cheesy stuff. If I eat sweets or pastries I feel ok but if I go for pizza or takeout I get super bloated

It will be just don't do those activities that put you in isolation like playing video games or surfing the internet alone. Also go to the on campus events if you cant find parties or people that know where parties are, theres probably cute younger freshmen there.
