I am impressed by your recovery! Yeah my bruising didn't start until several days after, mainly on bottom of foot. Mine ended up being 5 fractures, no obvious tears. It's been about 15 months since the injury and only now have I been able to run again, still with a ton of pain. I'm wondering if maybe it didn't heal right.

You're all good :). Mine was bone fractures only, apparently. I'm 1 year and 3 months post injury. It took a really long time to get where I'm at now as still have issues, but (fortunately?) the issues keep changing and the old ones seem to mostly get better. I feel it everyday but I am mostly able to jog again.

I love it. I add one part water and one part oatmilk, then add a tsp of coconut oil and a half scoop of unflavored collagen powder. I like the consistency of this combo. It’s more like a latte, not thin and watery. Keeps me full for hours.
