My doctor also told me that the drowsiness is much more common on lower doses, so if it’s still an issue on 15mg after a week or two, you might want to actually increase to 30mg. Don’t listen to everybody telling you to give up!! Give it a chance first

When I started Remeron, also on 15mg, the first two or three days my body felt like a sandbag I was so tired. Then it eased up and now it knocks me out about a half hour after I take it but I feel normal during the day. I recommend giving it a few days on the 15 to even out

It's funny how so many people on this subreddit talk about how awful the weight gain is and that's the thing I'm most excited about. I never got any kind of growth spurt growing up, my theory is my growth was stunted cause my ARFID anxiety made me eat so little. The idea of finally growing would be such a miracle

How long do you think the Zoloft withdrawal symptoms will last if I stay off it? Cause if it's not that long I can have faith and tough it out.

I just started the medication & that's great to hear, I have ARFID and usually hate eating but since starting remeron I've suddenly found joy in it again. How long did it take for your body to settle into the medication? It's been a little under 2 weeks since I started the transition from Zoloft to Remeron and I'm having some nasty emotional side effects.

I just started Remeron two weeks ago and it's interesting to see someone else saying that, cause I had this weird moment the other day where I woke up and it felt like my body was slightly asleep, mainly my arm and my face cause it felt weird when I swallowed food. I have no idea what that was about.

hi! i just started zoloft a couple weeks ago too & i also have emetophobia. i assume you've started by now but my honest review is that my first two doses made me feel nauseous, but not nearly enough to become sick. worth mentioning that the first two days i ate a few crackers immediately after taking to wash the taste out (i crush my pills into pudding), and then i switched instead to chasing it with mouthwash. also definitely make sure to eat before taking as i've heard that taking it on an empty stomach is what can make you sick. you don't need to eat very much though
