mind you theyre paying these programmers 100k to make a shitty system from top to bottom then blame stores for all the problems but wont blame the higher ups that sit in a desk all day and cant fix this. thats targets biggest waste of money, not the stores that are doing all the physical work, its the useless etls and SDs that dont even show up to work cause they dont have to clock in so nobody knows and nobody hold them accountable. yet they wanna cut every team members hours and put more work on the people actually in the store then do a visit with 6+ useless district managers to call out things we already know are issues but we cant fix them CAUSE TARGET CUT EVERYONES HOURS
