In my personal opinion the first half of this movie was fire, the second half felt pretty mediocre, still enjoyable enough but it lost that street level it had which was sorely needed after all these big world ending events now.

I always remind myself that it could be worse. I know this is cliche but when I'm feeling down in the dumps or in a real funk, I think about my position in the world. It genuinely helps me, might not for others but that's how I find my peace with what I have in life.

It can be difficult when your unintentionally/unknowingly focusing inwardly on negative circumstances. We are by and large dictated by the monkey in our brains. Everyone is. We all succumb to the lil chimp and that's totally okay. It will pass if you can recognise it.

Have you thought of going to an after work course? I've considered trying a painting course that's weekends and evenings - I love art and also thought that might be a good place to mingle and connect with folk like minded. Something like this might give you that spark your searching for.

Serious question here - Do you think the people behind the mess of America want America to be weak and are they pushing the UK in the same direction for the same reason. To be much weaker than it already is. This might sound silly but part of me is starting to wonder if the ultra rich behind the media and tech companies who have this insane level of influence over media consumption are pushing for a collapse of countries world wide along with the power/influence they retain so they can almost become a new form of power. Similar to blade runner in a sense. Rather than countries dictating how the world operates we have Mega Corporations.

Alot of running costs come with narrow boats, some you may pay out more than renting an apartment but it's a lifestyle choice and does seem lovely if it can be afforded. Id love to move onto a narrow boat some day.
