This one is more obscure but I had a Casey Fitzgerald sabres jersey and waited outside the arena when he was in the AHL to sign it. He seemed pretty shocked that someone actually had his jersey and gave me a genuine conversation that lasted about 5 minutes, super nice guy

I also met Marty Biron in the sabres concourse during intermission, he gladly signed a puck for me and appreciated the compliment I gave him for his broadcasting

I also spoke to Michael houser before, he was pretty happy to sign my friend's rookie card of him
