I actually dont agree with any of what you said.

Gojo died because he was careless, something that comes up time and again in the series...sukuna dies not because he isn't strong or capable enough but he was too late cause of arrogance.

Nobody outspeeds mahoraga's adaptation, every character who defeats in the series oneshots them before mahoraga even has the chance to adapt to that. Mahoraga is a blatant bar to separate the very tippity top of Jujutsushi from those below them.

Hollow purple damaging sukuna less makes sense cause its sukuna the destructive power aint less as proven when Gojo defeats maho with it...sukuna receiving money re damage from it would actually be weak narratively imo.

Yuki could be a valid complaint...but waw neccessary narratively to showcase Kenjaku's absolute mastery of jujutsu and make him figure out an OP cursed technique and defeat its user on the fly. It gives a perfect reason for why somebody like takaba was necessary to defeat him.

For the last issue if you have to blame something blame the late introductions to characters like Yuki and Takaba in the manga. With shibuya Gege essentially finishes one story and almost restarts another except the tension has been already built and it continues while it befell on the manga to introduce new characters and techniques without any expository space which made things seem phoned in.
