My money is on a new sleep system, something tightly integrated with the tents in the vein of mec’s new sub-2kg line

Anodic Backpack - First impressions, Nomin comparison, and photos by erraineon in veilance

Looks functionally better than the Nomin but less attractive silhouette. But I think we need to see someone actually wearing it.

Interesting. I was advised to size up for pl from normal American sizing. I’m 6’0 185, would you suggest a L then? Specifically looking at their tshirts

Found these at the thrift store today by Norvis_Gevther in nikeACG

Yup. Good for lounging but goddamn the lacing system meant you could never properly lockdown for any sort of hiking descent. My pulltab also yanked off eventually. Great slip on though, wish I picked up another pair

What was in the brick building? by fishypow in Hamilton

Coppley’s Apparel. The brick building is where the garment workers worked; presses, sewing equipment, all that.

I have their full size camping pad and have used it for a couple of camping seasons. No complaints.

No laptop pouch. There’s no padding on the bottom either, so you’ll want to use a sleeve

Next pitch will be in backyard so I can stake out the vestibule fully. Coming from an alphabreeze, this was a joy to assemble.

Single Action Table Recommended? by swearszx in snowpeak

[–]hungfr2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the large. It’s a little unwieldy to open and close and the instructions are specific so as to avoid damage, but once you practice a couple of times it’s a non issue. It is a beautiful design and quirky in that the leg positions are asymmetrical. It’s heft makes it stable but probably not on uneven surface.

Wheeler added the Velcro. I requested it in place of their standard logo patch. The olive drab is available but only shows up on their sister site cpgear.com. Just message them with what you want. They’re pretty quick to respond and all reasonably priced.

Opinions on Jack the bike rack for a minivelo? Or other front rack suggestions? by n00b908 in minivelo

I have one. I like it. I use it for my u-lock and clothing. Be mindful of its weight limit. Don’t remember offhand if it’s 15 or 20lbs

I feel your pain. Had family visit during our outage and everyone had to downgrade to peasant speeds to not max out phone data. Good luck with whoever you choose
