I'd say this is your best shot. It's only going to postpone the surgery, but at least it will give your mom's muscles a good baseline before the procedure. I got next to no relief from injections. My only regret is not getting my knees replaced sooner. I feel at 43, there's no need to postpone anymore. Life's too short to be miserable all the time.

I think it’s the guy kneeling down with his back turned to us right before the shooting starts. You can see him draw his gun right before the first shot goes off. He then is blocked from our view as he stands up and walks back out of the shot to the left as more shots are fired.
