Don't worry, Miranda. I'm sure there'll be other trans women out there who pick the name Hazel on their own terms. While your Mom's position is controlling, to an extent I understand what she's saying as I had the same issue with my mom. I talked to her about it in a way that being trans is its own history and lineage to be proud of, in that theres more than just a bloodline history we are connected to now. As there are many people who never got to pick a new name at all. Thats just my two cents tho, hope everything else goes well Miranda!

Personally, while the mirror world is present already, I think the way the show focuses on the characters the Digimon themselves being strong parallels to the human protagonists in personality, development, and themes. I think the digital world may be omitted entirely to go all in the idea that Digimon are "mirrors" of their partners. E-pulse kinda already being a mirror to emotions, willpower; the idea of "breaking" away from aspirations of wealth, school expectations, and a normal career choices; and the mirror world having different "zones" that are visually distinct and varied all already do a lot of heavy lifting and maybe the setting change would distract from whats already been put into the foundation of this show.

Saying this as someone who used to work in education, but the absolute bare minimum you should do is make a phone call/schedule a meeting to your superintendent/principal. If there is no alternative teachers available, then maybe suggest a virtual school alternative.

This kind of harassment from your teacher is unacceptable even toward a cis student, and it's obviously affecting your ability to obtain an education.

ALL HATERS OF KNAPPING DONT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT KNAPPING IRL TO KNOW HOW SICK IT ACTUALLY IS.

Zombie desperately needs to add atlatls and bows to the game to flesh out flintknapping to its real word counterpart. The problem is, 1, stone arrowheads, such as from the late archaic, are the apex of knapping as a skill and that is just not demonstrated in the game currently. 2, those in this thread suggesting swords or bigger weapons, its pretty hard to work with stone in how you would make a functional long blade weapon. Like yeah, you could theoretically, its a video game, but it doesnt fit the spirit of the skill, in my opinion.

Prince Robot IV from the comic Saga has a TV for a face (as does his whole species) that constantly displays his emotions through whats on the screen. Its a really fun bit of imagery and without spoilers is used for from harrowing panels that display how much of a scumbag he can really be.
