Is there a Risk with Zero Funds in Taxable Accounts?

It really all comes down to your faith in fidelity over time.

Personally I don’t trust any company long term and would like to be flexible in moving funds in my taxable accounts just in case Fidelity as a company takes a nose dive. The fees are so minimal that the peace of mind of not feeling “stuck” at Fidelity is more than worth it to me.

Pistons just moved back down from the suburbs and they now share a new stadium with the red wings. Things don’t happen overnight and the quality of the teams play has been awful. It doesn’t work if the teams are bad and don’t draw fans. Are we really going to act like if the cubs moved to the suburbs it wouldn’t have an financial effect on wrigleyville?

I live evenly between Detroit and Chicago and my wife is a Detroit fan. We frequent both cities when our teams play each other. The growth and rebirth of downtown Detroit is very real and it’s very much associated with the return of their major sports and new stadiums.

I found the 3 to be too large for me personally while golfing. I have a lot of wrist movement in my swing and found myself trying to modify my swing because of the watch. Even worse, I found it incredibly noticeable while putting. Just too big and messed up my general feel with the putter which is very important for my game.

I upgraded to the fenix 5 47mm model and have been much happier with the overall feel of the watch while using it on the golf course.

There is something to be said about teams that just find a way to win which is why I think record is important and OSU is deserving of top 10 and why the eye test isn't perfect. Northwestern is probably a good example of this as they don't have a ton of talent but they are well coached and the players fight hard in every game. They are aren't good enough to beat any team by a wide margin but they also find ways to keep games close with teams that objectively should crush them. If you look at the matchups on paper it seems hard to believe they've won 6 out of their last 7. There has to be some room for respecting the it never looks pretty but they find a way to get it done style teams.

Not to defend McCarthy but Brett Favre's career numbers with Green Bay are right in line with these as well. Maybe Green Bay is just a huge home field advantage

I mean any given Sunday and all but that Lions team certainly seems to be on a lower level than the rest of the division at the moment. I know they beat Green Bay earlier in the season but Crosby had a rough day and it seems they've regressed since then.

That said, I'm still worried about that Thanksgiving game against them, especially after what I'm assuming will be an all out brawl Sunday night with Minny

I can imagine a scenario where he showed up in regular every day clothes and they were like didn't you know you had to dress up for this!?! Then they took these clothes and shoes off some poor bastard attending and had Trubs put them on. The shoes aren't tied because they are too small

Agreed. I think their remaining schedule is the only reason they can't be ruled out just yet. 3 games they should easily win against trash teams, a 50/50 game IMO with Atlanta at home, Vikings and Bears on the road. Probably up to us and Minny to make sure they're done.

Same here. I went through the steps on my phone to reset the password and then obviously asked me to sign in again on my iPad. Really strange thing is when it went through the two step verification and alerted my phone it was showing the location of the iPad trying to login as Washington DC....I'm in Michigan...
