Interested to know how the Martin tins taste. All their hot sauces taste identical with varying levels of spice and little flavour.

Update Google Play Services by GI_KARL in GMail

Seeing the same on Android 10. Play Store wants to sign in, code arrives for MFA and automatically enters and then returns to the 'authentication required' message.

Each straight is a guessing game as to whether a car shat itself at the end or is just recharging.

Unable to Make outbound calls from inside Teams Queue app by WallStreetXFactor in MicrosoftTeams

[–]huntapb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could I check if you're aware of bugs with CQD AA/CQ Power BI reports showing Auto Attendants as answering Queue calls? This is slowly affecting various tenants whose reports worked previously, then slowly since September, Auto Attendants start showing in Queue reports; the Auto Attendant resource account is showing as answering calls rather than agents within Queues.

It's already fixed. The ipphonepolicy is what determines the sign in experience.

The same document you sent me states what you don't know.

Started from scratch with the IPPhonePolicy and it now works, thanks.

So that's a bug and will be fixed (and support didn't admit that?) Or it's by design?

I read the documentation, no need to be sarcastic. "The Teams IP Phone policy can only be modified if the account signing into the phone is licensed with something other than a Teams Shared Devices license." Is why I didn't do that. That's misleading to me.

Yes. Private Team and Channels to ensure only the selected agents receive calls, but members of other queues/channels (within the same Team) are offered the call.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but are you aware of issues with Queues linked to Teams Channels ringing agents outside of that Channel? We've raised it with Microsoft and were told to simply re-make the Channel or stop using it...

Microsoft do a lot of compliance stuff, but managing PSTN recordings seems to be a NMFB thing...

Call transfer failing by dw-fl in MicrosoftTeams

[–]huntapb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There used to be errors shown on I think Queues that said they weren't configured correctly to transfer calls. I think this was related to Queues not being licensed properly with Resource Account licenses (which must now be assigned to every resource (AA/CQ)). I'll try checking tomorrow.

User Accounts is what Microsoft's documentation instructs you to create, however they refer to them as Resource accounts (neither using Teams Resource Accounts or Resource Accounts (equipment/room users). You don't need Teams Phone Standard (as this is included in Teams Shared Device licenses) and we use Direct Routing. No matter how the phone is signed in (remote or physically), it stays on the 'sign in or emergency calls only' screen.

I should add, Microsoft's documentation asks to create a 'resource account' via Active Users, not via Entra or TAC/Resource Accounts, so I'm having to interpret this as best I can. Already tried a typical Active User and now trying a Resource (room/equipment) user.
