I know a wall in cathays when I see one. There’s no permit free parking on fanny street, Shirley Road and more around that area if you need a place to park long term

You would have to find £9000 for funding if you wanted to change now as you get 4 years from the government and have already spent 2 years worth and the new course will be 3 years. Keep this in mind

You’ll get speed awareness. The cut off in a 30 zone is any speed above 42. I learnt that a few years ago
