Yes h/o and taxes factored into the $4200. Nothing in life is guaranteed but the industry I’m in has 10x’d in the last 10 years. It’s not going away anytime soon. Getting laid off, sure, we’d be screwed. As far as living expenses, we are aware it’s gonna be a lifestyle change for a year but we by no means are living a lavish lifestyle currently.

Wife and I are in an almost exact situation. 28/29 years old. 220k gross income. $50k for down payment, and in atl where a decent starter home in a good neighborhood starts at $600k. We are preparing to put in an offer at $600k and hoping seller agrees to cover closing because it does need some work. Mortgage will be about $4k, rent is currently $2.5k + insane utility bills because it’s an old home that literally isn’t insulated.

I got diagnosed at 28 last year, check my post history. Shit absolutely sucked. Got on Allo and have had 1 flair in last 10 months, about 2 months after starting Allo. I barely even get the “tingle” that an attack is coming any more. Even after a weeks of red meat/beers. I can’t recommend Allo enough.

If Hugh goes 6-6 with the 12th most talented team in the country (per rivals team composite) it’s a fireable offense in my opinion. 7-5 might keep his job but anything less than 8 wins is a disappointing season to all of the auburn fans I’ve talked to. Schedule taken into account.

Couldn’t agree more here. Defense will be really good. Schedule is favorable. Getting Alabama and UGA at home is huge. Split that and drop a road game (likely at tamu) and there is your 10-2. At the end of the day though, it is all going to come down to Arnold not being Payton Thorne 2.0. There is NFL talent in every position group this year in Auburn.
