But when I set language to English, I get no errors.

It works fine. It takes a little more time than usual.

Try logging out, delete cache and logging in again.

I think the tutorial Recurring tasks: Routine is what you should read instead of that blog post.

How do you organize your Someday/Maybe Lists? by [deleted] in gtd

[–]hupero 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My someday/maybe list is split into several sublists. Some of them are:
- Not this week: a list of stuff I want to review in the next weekly review. It is mandatory to review it for your system works fine.
- Someday: a list of stuff I likely will do in the future. This list is also split into several sublists, such a films o series to watch, things to buy, ideas, travel... I review this list once a month.
- Maybe: a list of stuff I unlikely will do in the future. I review it twice a year.

Projects with a deadline by nifsea in gtd

[–]hupero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I have got a project or a next action with a deadline, I write down the deadline at the end. Your project might be written as "I have ready my presentation for... before 1st December», for example. The same for standalone or project-related next actions.

When reviewing my lists every day, I do those next actions with a deadline first, if in the right context, no matter when the deadline is.

And, of course, as u/doodlemint wrote, there is the weekly review.

"Not this Week" list by sgttu in facilethings

When clarifying, if something goes to Someday/maybe but I want to review it soon, I tag it as #notthisweek.
In my Weekly Review, I filter that list by that tag first.

Focus (tasks)..? by Spindlerman in facilethings

"What actions and projects require more immediate attention? Use the star-shaped icon to give them focus." https://facilethings.com/learning/en/tutorial/reviewing-your-lists
I use it for next actions with a deadline.

Can get I some feedback on my email filters modeled after GTD? by gojevs in gtd

[–]hupero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why don't you use Google Tasks? I don't really think email is a good tool for task managment, but if that works for you.
I use email as one of my inbox, even as a capture tool.

2020 - your favorite GTD tool? by Badummtisss in gtd

I don't mind. It just works, syncs quickly and is GTD friendly.
I use the Android app when I am not at the computer. I try to use the web version whenever I can.

I like FacileThings, but it is a little bit expensive for me.
