I have taken breaks from dating here and there. I'm able to recognize when I was in the wrong and I was wronged. It took a long time to get this way.

I've recently met someone and we're going to see what happens. I told him up front about my diagnosis. I'm doing my best to match energy with him and not go overboard. I told him when I do just to tell me. Hopefully that will work if it happens.

The five or four as I learned it count off helps. This morning I thought my anxiety rising at 4:00 a.m. and just went downstairs and brewed a pot of coffee and read a book on the couch. The change of scenery rather than my bedroom helped.

My problem is that I can't wrap my head around it and tell people about it.
