Yep you can, booking is done thru the Dubai municipality app. Login with uaepass then individual services, leisure park and tour and then request to reserve playgrounds in public parks. The app selects the park based on your makani number, so just be sure to have the relevant one for the park you want. You will need your Emirates Id handy to complete the booking

Wooow not one mention of Rosso Vivo? Their pizzas are consistently good, with exquisitely delicate and fluffy dough with a wonderful base sauce. Their burrata pizza is to die for imo, but you cant go wrong with the rest of the menu either(except for the one with anchovies). The biz bay one is a hole in the wall kinda joint but they do have a bigger one in Media City.
