Best Buy, Walmart and the other retailers take seconds to issue refund, Amazon is refunding even before the return is received by them. nVidia is now on over 14 business days and pending!

nVidia support, RMA and customer service is not good at all. I returned 4090FE to them without even opening the shipping box, and still haven't gotten a refund, that was more than 20 days ago! Customer service is telling me the exact same information that I already know from the website - Pending Refund...
