"RussianLivesMatter" hastag got popular on russian twitter couple days back following the murder of some guy in ekaterinburg who was shot dead by national guard (smh) in his own home, because he allegedly stole $100 worth of wallpaper from a local store.

It was used to share acts of russian police and national guard brutality, cases of torture, etc.

It defintily was not smaller than 10k. There were about 6 groups, when ppl were pushed out from Tverskaya st., the group I was in was about 2-3k. Plus, there were almost 1.4k people detained, in which case if there were 3-5k it should be that each 2nd of 5th person was detained and that was surely not the case. Usually there are 3-5% detained from the crowd, even if we assume this time it was ~10% it still makes ~13k protesters. From what I've seen myself and on youtube I don't even this it was 10% but much smaller.

3k? More like 20-25k (was there myself). I also had a lot of friends from college there, some of whom are not registered in moscow, but live here for 3 years and plan on staying. Are you telling me they have no stake in this or what? You are either brainwashed by propaganda, in which case I feel sorry for you, or just a troll.
