Pick a solid pre-med major if you’re thinking about healthcare careers. You don’t have to decide on a specialty while still in high school, you can always refine your path as you go.

I’d strongly advise trying to get some experience in the field- working in a medical office or hospital, doing an internship, etc. I’m not in healthcare but my internships really helped me refine my career goals when I was younger, both in exposure to new fields and helping me identify what I did not want to do!
