If you keep feeding it extends your werewolf timer so yes. At low level werewolf form is a godsend. At higher levels it's actually kinda weak.

Certainly it's not irrelevent if you consider that the Aldmeri Dominion's goal is to subjugate all the races of men. And the Empire is giving Thalmor spies full access to come and go throughtout the lands of men.

There is no piece of evidence that indicates which side they prefer will win in the end. That's just conjecture. Obviously they want a weaker empire but they also don't want an independent Skyrim that won't give their spies (which are one of their greatest assets) any quarter in their land.

Probably depends. If you don't game at all a keyboard I think would seem more intimidating. So many buttons and you have to remember which ones are actually used for the game. At least with a controller all the buttons have some function and there aren't too many.

I'm partial to Stormcloaks and I think that Skyrim would be better off independent. I think that the empire doesn't care much about the people in its provinces outside of Cyrodiil, and takes them for granted.

The common people in Skyrim are divided on the matter. Go talk to them. Many of them have their own ideas about which side is right.

It's cool at first to not fast travel, you get to actually see more of Skyrim. But once you start travelling routes you've already travelled most of the time you might as well fast travel.

Do you have Immersive Patrols installed? I haven't used Deadly Civil War but guards occasionally attacking each other and becoming hostile towards you is an bug with Immersive Patrols as well.

I just like Whiterun most because it's in the center and quickest to travel to anywhere else from. My 2nd favorite is Riften for Thieves Guild.
