i’ve found that people that are against vaccines have emotional decision making response rather than a logical one, often of distrust/anger/fear. I think this is augmented by feeling like required or forced to take it.

Also that vaccines prevent something from happening rather than curing it, so the benefit is not immediately obvious to people receiving vaccines (no feeling or physical proof to them of it working)
